The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance, but you are still responsible for the $75 per person cancellation fee.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed. Any changes made with less than 50 days prior to arrival are subject to a supplier service fee of $50+.

Travel Insurance Rates

Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above. ANY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.
