PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for the duration of your stay per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. For more information on obtaining a passport visit the The U.S. Department of State page here.

FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights with your hotel stay. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. If you book through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from the resort will also be covered in the price of lodging. Of note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at the beautiful Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa (rooms at TRS Coral -- the adults-only resort next door -- can also be booked upon request). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Grand Palladium or TRS Yucatan, you will be required to pay a visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
